All the tiles, lathe and felt off, ready to pull back into shape and fit 6 load bearing walls to fit new timber bearers.
All new walls fitted, load bearers fitted, fix new braces fixed to existing joists, fit new facia and guttering where damaged, new breathable felt fitted, new lathe fitted, all tiles and ridge tiles saved and fitted.
Cap existing facia with woodgrain and a brindle welted drip
same job, wood grain fascia with brindle roof and black guttering
All facia, guttering and flat roof replaced
